George Paul Ajaj, a New Jersey native, fondly recalls family vacations in the Lowcountry. He dreamed of living near Hilton Head Island one day, but little did he know that his dream would come true even sooner than he imagined. George once told his wife that they would live just steps from the ocean, and today, they reside in Palmetto Dunes, Leamington Section, fulfilling that vision.
George has built a successful 35-year career in sales, marketing, and management with Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals, after graduating from Rutgers University in 1987. As a Hall of Fame inductee at Bausch & Lomb, George consistently ranked as a top performer, earning prestigious accolades such as 8x Platinum Club member, Rep of the Year, and 10x Top 10%-20% Sales Excellence Awards.
Following the pandemic, George pursued his true passion—real estate. In addition to his career in pharmaceuticals, he was also a licensed NAR Member in New Jersey for 12 years, helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, whether finding their dream home or securing top market value for listed properties. As a new construction specialist, George has firsthand experience, having built three homes of his own. He understands every aspect of the process, from acquiring land to hiring architects and working with contractors and subcontractors.
George’s approach to real estate is client-centered, with a strong commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, negotiating the best deal for sellers, or advising on new construction projects, George leverages his deep market knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth transactions and successful outcomes. His clients appreciate his honesty, responsiveness, and dedication to making the real estate process as stress-free and rewarding as possible.
In their free time, George and his wife enjoy the outdoors on Hilton Head Island. They can be found golfing, playing pickleball, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and, of course, spending time at the beach.
