Lou Ann began her real estate career as an agent for Gloria Nilson Real Estate in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. Successfully becoming a Circle of Excellence sales associate, she showed and sold many luxury properties throughout Monmouth County. Lou Ann and her husband also successfully owned and operated a commercial photography studio in Red Bank, New Jersey. Always interested in real estate, she and her husband have successfully invested in properties both residential and commercial.
Lou Ann’s love of the Lowcountry began while enjoying the beautiful beaches on Kiawah Island in South Carolina with her family. When she decided to move permanently to the South a friend suggested looking in Beaufort County. They subsequently purchased a lot in Oldfield in Okatie in 2000 and built and became permanent residents in 2008.
The natural beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry still amaze and delight daily! It is truly "a kinder, gentler way of life" which she hopes to share with her clients.
