Matthew Cook has been a licensed NAR Member for over 15 years, 10 of which he was dual licensed as an Appraiser. He sold his appraisal business in 2012 to dedicate his time and full attention to his real estate clients.
With a degree in Residential Construction and a “brief summer building house,” Matthew understands the building process, timelines, and multitude of circumstances that can arise during new construction.
Over the past 15 years, Matthew has used his knowledge and experience to be a liaison between his clients and other industry service providers, to help his clients buy and sell real estate. Matthew takes a step-by-step approach to both buying and selling by providing quality service with consistent contact throughout each transaction.
Matthew recently joined Weichert REALTOR®, Coastal Properties where he looks forward to sharing his real estate, appraisal, and construction knowledge with his clients throughout their real estate journey.
If he’s not in the office or showing houses, he’s probably at the beach or on the golf course, talking to people about real estate.
