After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1990, Patricia Miller began her real estate career in multi-family property management in Atlanta, GA. Her last position was the Director of Training where she taught apartment leasing, marketing, and management to company members who served over 10,000 homes.
In May of 1999, Patricia and her husband moved to the Lowcountry to raise their children in the “small-town Bluffton” family-based atmosphere. During her children’s young years, she worked as a literacy assistant and eventually a teacher’s assistant of the Pre-K program at Bluffton Elementary School.
In 2007, she went to work for a commercial real estate company on Hilton Head Island. She managed and leased commercial real estate investments located within the Lowcountry and Southern Empire area.
After 8 years, Patricia left commercial property management or leasing and began working for Homeowners Associations and Horizontal Property Regimes located in Hilton Head, Bluffton, New Riverside and Ridgeland, SC and Guyton, Port Royal, Pooler and Savannah, GA.
Patricia’s 20+ years living and serving in and around the local area has provided her with a wealth of knowledge including area information and local resources to assist in finding her clients or customers the best place for their new home and real estate investment.
Patricia has been married for 29 years and has two children, now 24 and 20 years old. She is a self-taught artist, primarily painting pet portraits and Lowcountry wildlife and landscapes.
