Patti Ireland has been offering impeccable service to real estate clients since 2005 in Reno, NV, and relocated permanently to Hilton Head Island to be near family in 2022. Patti grew up in Missouri, and those Midwestern roots provide her with a strong work ethic and set of values, as well as Midwestern friendliness. Patti’s original real estate experience garnered as the result of multiple relocation adventures around the country, generated a deep understanding and compassion for the challenges of moving cross-country. Patti loves architecture and understands the principles of remodeling and construction. In a previous career, Patti acquired negotiation training and experience that has proven to be a strong asset. A former teacher, Patti listens attentively to client needs and wants!

Patti loves the outdoors, the beach, hiking, and snowshoeing (when visiting family in the Sierra Nevada), and has been committed to Achievement Beyond Obstacles (high school scholarship program). Patti is a sister to three island siblings, as well as a mom to two sons, a grandma, and a dog mom.
