Tatiana has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2017. Her years of real estate experience are enhanced by her strong dedication to providing value, her commitment to continuous growth as a real estate professional, and her willingness to go the extra mile. She understands that buying and selling real estate can sometimes be stressful, and she is committed to making your experience as pleasant as possible.
Tatiana earned the prestigious Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, ensuring her clients benefit from expert representation and negotiation strategies. She is a multi-year recipient of the Hilton Head Area REALTORS® Service Award, demonstrating her commitment to the profession and its code of ethics.
Tatiana has successfully completed the Hilton Head Island Ambassador Program and the Bluffton Ambassador Program training, offered by the Town of Hilton Head Island and the University of South Carolina Beaufort Center for Event Management and Hospitality Training, where she learned about the history, activities, culture, natural environment, events, and all aspects of the Hilton Head and Bluffton areas. Through these programs, Tatiana gained valuable lifestyle knowledge that she shares with her clients, helping them make more informed decisions about their ideal living environments.
Tatiana is originally from Ukraine, where she had a career as an elementary school teacher. As well as English, she is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
Tatiana is a devoted Christian and a member of her church choir.
When not assisting clients, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid lover of animals, music and dance.
