Jeff's experience as a Chatham County Commissioner (District 1 - 2002-2004) has given him a deep understanding of local policy making, taxation issues, schools, infrastructure concerns and much more. He also had the privilege of building three homes with his father and participated in all areas of construction. Laura's background in Real Estate administration for one of the area's top producing real estate professionals led her to decide to pursue her own license and join together with Jeff to form the Rayno Team. For three years and counting, they have perfected their home buying and home selling systems to bring about the best service for their clients.
